LifePumpkin is about meditation that guides practitioners on the art of letting go. It’s about digging deep and making a conscious effort to get rid of things that drag us down. It’s about starting fresh. It’s about simplicity and mindfulness.

Mindfulness Meditation has become increasingly popular over the past several years, and for good reason. It is a powerful practice that allows us to observe the thoughts and feelings that flow through our minds on a daily basis. While this allows us to respond to life more calmly when we are distracted or stressed, it can also be an eye-opening experience when we learn about our own thoughts and motivations. When we understand ourselves on a deeper level, we can live more fully and with greater compassion.
